Who We Are

Ayley Travel Consultancy is a small, independent travel consultancy founded by me, Morrison, built around my love for seeing the world and helping others do the same through tailored, bespoke holiday itineraries.

I’ve travelled to over 120 countries, and that’s shaped how I see travel. For me, it’s never just about going somewhere, it’s about experiencing different cultures, ways of life, and everything that makes each place feel unique. I’m still on that journey myself, with plenty more of the world left to see.

At one point, after feeling pretty burnt out working jobs I didn’t enjoy, I realised how much I cared about travel and that I wanted to turn it into something more, something where I could make a living doing what I enjoy while helping others at the same time.

I enjoy understanding how people travel, what they’re into, what they’re not, and what they want from a trip, and putting together tailored itineraries around that. Seeing how much they enjoy it when they get back is what makes it worthwhile.

After years of travelling, one thing really stood out to me, how much actually goes into planning a trip, and how easy it is for it to feel overwhelming when you’re trying to piece everything together. At the same time, the right planning and small details can really make a difference to how a trip feels once you’re there.
