Why should I use a travel consultant instead of planning myself?

Unlike traditional travel agents, I don’t work on comimision, the fee is simply for the time spent planning your trip, which means the focus is on finding the best options for you, not pushing certain hotels , destinations or routes. Because of that, I can plan your trip in a way that keeps flexibility where it matters. That might mean choosing accomodation with flexible cancellation, routes that can be adjusted easily, or options within destinations that can be changed without everything falling apart. So if you decide to switch hotels, tweak your route, or change part of your trip later on, it’s far easier to do so, often without added fees.
Planning a trip can be time-consuming and sometimes overwhelming, especially when trying to piece together flights, routes, and reliable information. With experience across 120+ countries, I help streamline that process, I handle all the research and planning for you, so you can relax knowing everything has been properly thought through, whhether that’s keeping costs down or just taking the stress out of organizing it, while also helping you avoid common mistakes, unnecessary costs, and logistical headaches.

Pricing depends on the complexity of your trip. Simple itineraries are priced lower, while more detailed and complex trips - especially to destinations with limited information or where additional research and contacting local buisnesses is required - will cost more. All pricing reflects the time and detail that goes into creating your itinerary, and we aim to keep everything fair and reasonable. After a free consultation, you'll receive a clear quote before anything moves forward.

I offer travel advice for every country in the world, specializing in Europe, Asia, Americas, Oceania and Eastern Africa. Whether you're looking for a tropical getaway, a cultural immersion, or an advendturous expedition, I can tailor a trip to your dream destination.
What is your concellation policy?

Once an itinerary has been completed and delivered, it is non-refundable due to the time and detail involved in creating it. However, I offer free adjustments to ensure you're fully satisfied with your plan. Date changes can be accomodated, though a small administrative fee may apply.
Do you book everything for me?

I focus on planning your trip and providing you with a complete, easy-to-follow itinerary, including flight routes, accommodation options, transport guidance, food and restaurant recommendations, and trusted insurance options. You'll receive direct booking links and clear instructions so you can book everything easily yourself. At the moment, I don't handle bookings on your behalf, but this is something I’m working towards offering in the future.
Timeframes depend on the complexity of your trip. Simple itineraries are usually completed within a few days, while more detailed or multi-destination trips may take a bit longer. I'll always provide a clear timeframe after the initial consultation so you know exactly what to expect.
